Motivational factors include achievement, personal growth, advancement, recognition, responsibility and power to itself or you can work itself. Motivational factors are not seen they are always behind your every happening. Motivation is very much needed in every step of your life to secure what is needed and what is not.Motivational factors don’t have types or anything, it works differently in every situation. Like;
Motivation factors in Business
There are four type of motivational factors that exists in business or an organization.
Leadership style of motivation in which a leader’s performance, thinking and skills matter that how he is going to motivate his employee to run the system or an organization. Sometime when a manager which is called a leader to the company ship is changed, company sometimes see a change in a positive way and sometime see a down. Means a manager tactics of how he is going to run the system matters very much. For example: There are two manager one runs the leadership style motivation in way where he motivates his employee, listens to their problem and work with them like a helpful persons and on the other hand other manager runs the same company department, but in a different way in which he only gives order and don’t appreciate the employee. SO, by looking at the situation the first manager will succeed because the employers will love working under that person who will listen to them and work with them with a good attitude.
The other type is Reward System Motivation, this system is very old but effective, it is like giving someone some greed to work more extra. In business the manager or the owner pushes its manager of every department to complete the target in short time by saying that by finishing early there will be bonuses and then the manager sets the competition in employee by saying who does the most will get a bonus prize. So, the reward system is very efficient and very motivational as it thrives people to work hard and get the end result.
The Organizational Climate Motivational is a tricky type of motivational factor, in which the organization sets some responsibility, some advancement in the system that changes the climate of the organization work. Changes in the work of employee always boost them. Like putting some playing area in the office that keep the energy in the system and employees always keep them self-motivated, and in joy mood at work.
The Structure Factor for Motivation, this motivational factor is very sufficient meaning in this factor the company changes the task to get their work done by putting employee to that work which involves them communicating, negotiating and even interacting with people so they can move and be active and do not slow down. When employee move and work in a field, they are more active and more attentive. It is also betested that office work employee are more lazy, slow and less creative than the people or employee who are working in a field and are constantly moving to get their work done. Like people who work in crops field or work in an organization where they have to move or communicate to their clients and fellow partner are more active and trusted for work rather than to the people who are not.
Motivational Factors for Student
Student all much in need of motivation in their study as they have load of work to complete in short period of time, like test, assignment, quizzes, classwork etc. To boost the motivation of student there are many factors in doing that.
Class & Curriculum Structure is very basic factor but very efficient in making student motivate to work in a disciplined way. When there is a structure of working in a class then students see that their class fellow are working in a pattern which leads them to secure and learning thing. Like objective being not told the student at the start of their semester bring chaos to teacher as well as student because they don’t what they are going to do in coming week or the same day, if the teacher have told them the objective and structure of the subject, that throughout what they are going to read and do will always boost student that they know what they are going to do and it motivates them to work hard and go through a enjoyable way.
Teacher Behavior & Personality, this factor is very serious as teacher influence his student in every possible way. Student look upon teacher and they are always surrounded by a teacher in their whole life from being born to the death. Like when a child is born, he learn its first word from his parents and if parents are educated and are good in teaching then they will teach him good and as he goes above he will trust in teacher but if they don’t teach good then he will not trust anyone. So, teacher behavior is very important, if the teacher is not strict and friendly then the student love working for the teacher and take interest in the subject.
Teaching Methods affects the student motivation very differently. Teaching method is not wrong is just that teacher should change the level of intensity after a while so the student keeps the energy together and stay motivated. Some teacher did that they change the teaching style after a while so they keep fresh and keep the student with good interaction.
Involvement, involvement factor is the factor which means to motivate the student through communication and teacher and parents also interest in the student going work which tells the person that he has to work and this is also called fear motivation. To fear motivate and motivate the student to work the teacher should keep interacting with their affair and their work to tell them that they are doing good, helping them, listening to them, attending their meeting so they don’t feel that they are not being watched our their parents or teacher are not interested.
Learning Environment is very essential for every kid to perform better and up to marks. But sadly, in Pakistan school system, home environment is not the ideal. Parents don’t pay attention to their child, mostly father don’t even know what their child have the subject or what field they are in. Similar to the teacher, mostly teacher goes to school for only the salary they don’t pay that much attention to their student, in this system the student thinks he is not that important and he drifts away from the study and does something else and don’t take interest in the studies which leads to bad marks, unsatisfactory results.
Assessment factor the motivation factor which very much needed in our schooling and in our homesis that there should be assessmentof every subject or just assessment of the child of what he is doing and what he is going through. There are two types of motivation in assessment and that are home assessment and school assessment. Home assessment tells the child that he has to answer to their parents and they must be good at what they are doing in school because parents can ask them anytime and they must be happy by seeing their assessment. In school assessment the student prepares themselves so they can compete with his class fellows and have healthy activity that keep them motivated to compete and assess themselves in school.
In the end motivational factor are not of types or of reasons but they are of different situation and how to motivate yourself in different situation and in every situation find factors from surroundings, in yourself to motivate yourself and be good and achieve your goals. Motivational factors are to achieve, advancement, have recognition, have responsibility on yourself to move and reach your goals, sometimes these factors also de grade you so you cannot move on or reach your goal but at the end what most matter is how you take these motivational factor as a positive answer to your question and learn from them and show yourself first that you are capable of doing what most can’t and self-motivate yourself that you are the one to compete to your goals and no one will help you. Also motivate others from your experience and showing them that self-motivation is everything. Motivation factors depend upon how you take it and how you process it some people take negativity out of it and some take positivity out of it. Motivation depends upon an individual.
